The Northern TechValley @ BKE in Seberang Jaya, Penang is a 176-acre, RM1.3 billion high-tech industrial park developed by Suling Hill Development (a joint venture between AME Elite Consortium and Majestic Gen). Positioned along the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway, it offers strong connectivity to ports, airports, and logistics hubs, and is designed with sustainable infrastructure, high-speed internet, and eco-friendly features targeting GreenRE certification. The park aims to attract industries such as semiconductors, electronics, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and precision engineering, supporting Penang’s SEED strategy for innovation-driven growth. Construction began in 2024, with completion targeted for 2029, including a new RM30 million flyover to ease access. Once operational, it is expected to create jobs, enhance Penang’s industrial ecosystem, and strengthen its position as a regional hub for advanced manufacturing and investment.
